- Identify key elements for effective fundraising, including planning, stretch goals, case statements, sufficient resources and a commitment from every board member
- Identify the many possible types of fundraising and assess which are most appropriate for your agency
- Understand how a good communication plan ensures that prospective donors know about your agency and what it does
- Develop strategies for involving every board member in fundraising—even those who don’t want to make an “ask.”
